Field Equipment and Turnover Documentation

Cleansol operates modular process equipment in the field and assembles CLEANDOC turnover packages to the customer's closeout format. The equipment and the documentation are developed together, not after the fact.

Field Equipment

Temporary process systems configured for each circuit

Cleansol's field equipment is modular, allowing it to be configured around the installed circuit, the chemistry and the project requirements. Key operating variables are monitored and recorded through the treatment cycle.

Pumping and Circulation

  • Hygienic-grade centrifugal and positive-displacement pumps
  • Portable pump skids for field deployment
  • Temporary hose and hard-pipe connections in process-compatible materials
  • Variable-flow capability to meet circuit-specific requirements

Heating and Temperature Control

  • Portable electric heaters for temperature-controlled treatment cycles
  • Temperature monitoring through the process circuit
  • Data recording for turnover documentation

Filtration

  • Portable bag and cartridge filtration for flushing loops
  • Strainer assemblies for hydronic flushing circuits
  • Filtration matched to the particle size target in the project documents

Instrumentation and Monitoring

  • Temperature, pressure and flow measurement at key points
  • Portable analytical instruments for rinse acceptance testing
  • Data recording capability for operating logs

CLEANDOC

Turnover documentation assembled to the customer format

CLEANDOC is Cleansol's name for the assembled turnover package. It is not a proprietary software system or a fixed template. It is the set of documents that closes out the scope, assembled in the format the customer needs for their quality records.

Approved procedures

The procedures the work was executed against, with revision control and approval records.

Operating logs

Time, temperature, concentration, flow and other key variables recorded through the treatment cycle.

Chemical documentation

Chemical identity, grade, lot number and safety data for all chemistry used in the scope.

Verification results

Test results recorded against the acceptance criteria in the project documents, by system and circuit.

Certificate of completion

A signed summary document confirming the scope was executed per the approved procedures and the results met the acceptance criteria.

Deviation and exception records

Documentation of any deviations from the approved procedure, with the disposition and resolution for each.

CLEANDOC Contents Are Confirmed at Scope Review

The exact contents of the CLEANDOC package are confirmed with the customer before mobilization, based on the project quality plan and the customer's closeout requirements. The list above describes the typical package for a regulated or documentation-intensive scope. Simpler scopes may have simpler packages.

Documentation Requirements by Scope Type

Documentation is scaled to the project requirements

cGMP / Regulated

Full CLEANDOC package including approved procedures, operating logs, verification results, chemical documentation and certificate of completion. Format matched to the customer quality plan and the project IQ/OQ requirements.

Commercial construction

Procedures, operating records and verification results. Certificate of completion or conformance letter as required by the specification or the contractor quality plan.

Operating system maintenance

Work record with procedures referenced, operating data and test results. Format matched to the customer maintenance documentation system.
