Why This Matters
Circuit configuration, chemistry volume, utility availability, waste disposal approval, specification gaps and coordination with the mechanical trade are all issues that can hold up a cleaning scope or force a change order when discovered during execution.
PCS surfaces those questions from the drawings, while there is still time to resolve them without schedule impact. The output is a defined scope, a volume and manpower basis, and a list of what is still open.

Collaborative Alignment
Most cleaning scope disputes come from three parties working off three different assumptions about what is included, when it happens and who provides what. PCS produces a single documented basis before the subcontract is issued.
Circuit-level duration and crew projections let the CM place the cleaning scope in the schedule instead of holding an undefined block for it.
Temporary connection points, isolation requirements and system readiness milestones are identified early enough to be built into the mechanical scope rather than added later.
Chemistry volume, utility demand and waste quantity are calculated from the drawings, so mobilization is sized to the actual system rather than to an estimate.

Early Review Is Better Than Late Review
The more complete the drawings, the more complete the volume and schedule basis. Cleansol can work from preliminary documents as long as the scope boundaries and the applicable specifications are clear. A partial review with open items is more useful than waiting for issued-for-construction drawings.

Review of project P&IDs to divide the systems into treatable circuits, calculate volume and chemistry demand per circuit, and develop the execution sequence around the mechanical completion schedule. Open items resolved with the engineering team before mobilization.
Review of the draft specification for cleaning and passivation of a modified purified water distribution system. Comments on chemistry limits, temporary connection requirements and documentation format. Specification revised before bid issuance.
