Life Sciences
Circuit planning from project P&IDs, citric passivation with controlled time and temperature, rinse to specification conductivity criteria and verification testing. CLEANDOC turnover package delivered with procedures, operating logs and test results in the customer closeout format.
Assessment of rouge class and distribution before chemistry selection. Derouging followed by citric re-passivation. Verification testing and full CLEANDOC package including assessment report, procedures, operating logs and test results.
Chemical cleaning of stainless WFI and PW distribution circuits to remove flux and weld oxide before passivation. Chemistry matched to the metallurgy and specification. Rinse to conductivity acceptance criteria, followed immediately by passivation scope.
Flushing of chilled water and process cooling circuits with branch-by-branch flow measurement against project targets. Strainer inspections documented through each pass. CLEANDOC package with branch flow log and water quality results.
Data Centers & Mission-Critical
Passivation of prefabricated stainless steel direct-to-chip cooling manifold assemblies per the OEM specification, executed at the fabrication shop before installation. Documentation package formatted to the OEM's turnover requirements.
Field passivation of stainless CDU primary circuits at a liquid-cooled data center. Scope executed per the project specification with verification testing and CLEANDOC turnover documentation.
Semiconductor & Advanced Manufacturing
Shop and field cleaning of stainless steel high-purity gas distribution piping per the customer specification and the applicable standard. Verification testing and end-cap installation completed before system handoff.
Passivation of stainless process utility piping systems during facility construction. Multiple circuits sequenced around the mechanical completion schedule with CLEANDOC turnover packages delivered per the customer quality plan.
